Microbe-Lift Broad Spectrum Disease Treatment (BSDT)

Formulated with malachite green chloride and formalin, Microbe-Lift BSDT is a highly effective broad-spectrum treatment for common ornamental pond fish diseases, including Ich (Ichthyophthirius), Costia, Trichodina, Chilodonella, Oodinium, and fungal infections.

This treatment uses a synergistic blend of malachite green and formalin, making it more effective and less toxic than when either ingredient is used alone. Unlike other products, BSDT is formulated with malachite green chloride, which is safer than the oxalate form. Do not use with other medications.

Microbe-Lift BSDT is the only malachite green and formalin treatment approved for use in water temperatures as low as 50°F, allowing for effective treatment in early spring and late fall.

Directions for Use:

Add 3.5 fl oz (100 mL) per 1,000 gallons of water. Perform at least a 25% water change before treatment; larger water changes improve effectiveness. Remove carbon filtration before dosing and replace it after treatment. Treatment may be repeated daily, or every 8–12 hours if needed, following a water change. Do not bypass bio-filters to ensure full-system treatment.

A 32 oz bottle treats up to 9,600 gallons.
